Knitting A NeckWarmer

To all that have watched my video tutorial on You Tube, which was in Greek, here are the engish instructions:
Today we are going to work on something very simple but still unique.
A neck warmer on our knitting machine.
We will need soft acrylic yarn, needle, scissors. We take the measurements of the neck. If the neck is 15cm high, we will knit 30cm.
1) Switch the machine into tube.
2) Cast on the yarn on the machine by making a loop on the needle with number one. Then behind the needle with number 2, and then in the needle with number 3. We continue with this format untill we reach the end that is 44.  3) We continue now going round untill we reach our goal which is 30cm.
4) Cast off the yarn.
5) Fall into half. Now we have done the neckwarmer which measures 15cm.
6) Finish off with crochet.
